All cash payments must be made in person at reception.

Membership will NOT commence until full cash payment is received.

The membership start date is the date this document is signed; however:

Class check-in access will only be enabled once payment is made

Membership activation and plan assignment may take up to 24 hours after payment

This form does not automatically assign a membership. Memberships are manually assigned by GARRA BJJ Academy staff after payment confirmation.

A payment method is still required to be added to the member’s profile.
This payment method will NOT be used for regular membership fees, but is required to:

Process any cancellation fees (if applicable)

Handle membership hold request fees

Process grading fees

Accurately track the 6-month membership period and manage renewals

Renewal reminders will be sent shortly before membership expiry.

Renewals follow the same cash-at-reception process.
