⚠️ IMPORTANT PAYMENT & ACTIVATION CONDITIONS

By signing this document, I acknowledge and agree that:

• All cash payments must be made in person at reception.

• Membership will NOT commence until full cash payment is received.

• The membership start date is the date this document is signed; however:

• Class check-in access will only be enabled once payment is made

• Membership activation and plan assignment may take up to 24 hours after payment

• This form does not automatically assign a membership. Memberships are manually assigned by GARRA BJJ Academy staff after payment confirmation.

• A payment method is still required to be added to the member’s profile.
  This payment method will NOT be used for regular membership fees, but is required to:

  • Process any cancellation fees (if applicable)

  • Handle membership hold request fees

  • Process grading fees

  • Accurately track the 6-month membership period and manage renewals

• Renewal reminders will be sent shortly before membership expiry.

• Renewals follow the same cash-at-reception process.
